This review is from: RoadPro RP9108 Bendable/Adjustable Neck Pillow with Memory Foam (Automotive) Comfy, after the first day, you could hear the metal piece bending inside. Not sure what happend. The fabric is removeable, however, we cannot get the zipper undone. It seems like it is stuck. We bought this for use in the car with my child's backless booster seat so he has someplace to lay his head and still remain safe. It supports my mom's neck well when napping on road trips and she likes to use it for lumbar support when she doesn't use it around her neck. The only thing is the zipper won't open and it's too late to return it since it's over 30 days. I had to make a case for it so that I can wash the case.
